How to use

Do not open sachet if not using ThermaCare.

ThermaCare may take up to 30 minutes to reach the desired therapeutic temperature.

Remove the paper from one end, placing the sticky side over the area to be treated.

Peel the paper from the other adhesive end and press firmly onto the skin.

It is recommended to use for 8 hours.
