How to Use

Slowly dissolve the lozenge in the mouth, as recommended by the doctor or pharmacist. Move the lozenge in the mouth while it dissolves, in order to avoid local irritation.

Precautions

• Do not use in case of allergy to any of the constituents of the medicine (active substance or excipients).
• Keep out of reach and sight of children.
• You should not take it for more than 3 consecutive days, unless expressly indicated by your doctor.
• Contraindicated if you have severe renal impairment or severe hepatic impairment.
• It is not recommended to take it if you have gastrointestinal problems, such as ulcers, gastritis, recurrent gastrointestinal bleeding, inflammatory bowel diseases (ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease).
• Taking it is not recommended if you have clotting problems, as it may increase the risk of bleeding, especially in the stomach.
• You should use with caution if you have kidney or liver problems.
• In these cases the dose should be as low as possible. Check with your doctor or pharmacist.
• Use with caution if you have a history of high blood pressure, uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart disease or heart failure, as it may make these conditions worse. Check with your doctor or pharmacist.
• You should use with caution if you have asthma, as it can make this condition worse. Check with your doctor or pharmacist.
• You should use it with caution if you are taking anticoagulant drugs (eg Varfine), as there is a greater risk of bleeding, especially in the gastrointestinal tract. Check with your doctor or pharmacist.
• Do not take if you are taking other inflammatory drugs or acetylsalicylic acid.
• Patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance should not take this medicine.
• May have a mild laxative effect.
