FIBER RECOMMENDATIONS

Preparation:

ProNourish Optifibre is easy to include in your daily routine. Thanks to its neutral taste, it is very versatile and can be added to drinks or food, cold or hot, without altering the taste, texture or odor.

Easy to prepare! In liquids, add 1 measuring spoon (5 g) in 100 ml and stir. Do not use carbonated drinks or sparkling water. In solids, mix the powder in 100 g of food. Only use the measuring spoon included inside.
Recommended daily dose: 5 to 20 g or the dose recommended by your healthcare professional. Start with one measuring spoon (5 g) per day and if necessary gradually increase the daily dose, increasing one measuring spoon per day every three days. Do not exceed the maximum dose of 20 g/day.
Recommended only for ages 3 and up.

Conservation:

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within a maximum period of 1 month.
