Eyepiece Sol Ophthalmic Sterile 5% 10ml
Ocular Ophthalmic Solution is a sterile saline (5% sodium chloride) ophthalmic solution, especially indicated in the postoperative period of ocular surgeries (such as cataract surgery) and after diagnostic ophthalmological interventions (such as gonioscopy). No preservatives.
Composition
Sodium chloride, Water for injections.
How to Use
Before using the bottle for the first time, remove the safety ring by pulling it by its end until it is completely removed. Remove the cover by pulling it upwards. Tilt your head slightly, look up and gently pull the lower eyelid away from your eye.
Apply 1 drop, 3 to 5 times a day, or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Close your eye slowly to allow even distribution of the liquid on the surface of the eye.
Precautions
- Do not use the device without medical advice.
- After first opening, use within 90 days.
- Do not use if the cap lock ring is broken or if the vial is damaged.
- In this type of corneal disorders, you should avoid wearing contact lenses.
- If you cannot avoid wearing contact lenses, you must remove them before applying the product.
- Wait at least 15 minutes before putting your contact lenses back in.
- After administration, a burning sensation and/or irritation in the eye may occur.
Additional information
Ophthalmic solution indicated for the treatment of corneal edema (swelling) and also for removing excess fluid, improving vision.
