How to use
Slowly add 30g of Meritene Cereal Instant to 200ml of skimmed milk, cold or lukewarm, and stir until completely diluted. You can also prepare it with water or other types of milk. If not consumed immediately, consume within the first 6 hours or store in the fridge for a maximum period of 24 hours.
