For the laxative effect Midro® Tea contains finely chopped leaves of the senna plant, peppermint for the good taste, and a mixture of cumin, licorice and mallow.

It can be taken in different ways: easily chew and swallow the leaves; mix the leaves with a little liquid, for example a glass of water to swallow, or stir in yogurt and finally you can prepare an infusion – just soak the leaves in a little cold or warm water for 20 minutes and then drain.
