LongeVital Cardio is made up of hydroxytyrosol, extracted from Olea europaea L., which is a polyphenol found in olive oil. Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids against undesirable oxidation.
Hydroxytyrosol is an antioxidant polyphenol that helps to reduce the oxidation of LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol). The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily dose of 5mg of hydroxytyrosol.
This supplement also contains omega 3 (EPA and DHA) that contribute to the normal functioning of the heart. The existing vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells against undesirable oxidation and the vitamin B1, also present, contributes to the normal functioning of the heart.
How to use:
Adults and seniors: It is advisable to take 1 capsule per day.
