Libramed 138 tablets is a Medical Device clinically tested for safety and efficacy in the treatment of overweight and obesity. Favors the reduction of body weight and umbilical circumference.
How it works:
Libramed controls glycemic peaks after meals, making the concentration of glucose and insulin in the blood more constant, in order to reduce lipogenesis (accumulation of fat in adipocytes) and the feeling of hunger.
Libramed's action is due to Policaptil Gel Retard®, a patented complex of polysaccharide macromolecules which, thanks to the synergistic action of its components, is endowed with a high gelling power.
Polycaptil, in fact, causes the formation of a gel in the intestine that acts on carbohydrates, reducing the amount absorbed from them and the speed of absorption (delay effect).
Thanks to the properties of this gel, Libramed also works by limiting the absorption of fats, reducing drowsiness after meals, favoring intestinal transit and regularizing stool consistency.
Indications:
Libramed, thanks to its mechanism of action, is indicated for:
Adults:
• In case of overweight and obesity
• With high values of umbilical circumference, even with normal weight
Children from 8 years old:
• In case of overweight and obesity
The product explains its maximum effectiveness in association with a balanced diet, adequate fluid intake and regular physical activity.
How to use:
Adults and young people over 12 years: 3 tablets before the two main meals
Children between 8 and 12 years old: 2 tablets before the two main meals.
Take the recommended dose with a large glass of water, taking care to take one tablet at a time.
Do not chew or break the tablet with your teeth. For those who have swallowing problems, it is possible to dissolve Libramed tablets in lukewarm water or in sugar-free infusions, stirring until complete dissolution. The drink obtained must be ingested within a few minutes, before the gel is formed.
Treatment duration:
Take Libramed for a period of at least 2 months, taking care to discontinue it for 2-3 days after each month of treatment.
Warnings:
For those who have swallowing problems, it is not advisable to ingest the pills directly; these must be previously dissolved as indicated in the instructions for use.
It is advisable to take the product at least two hours away from taking drugs or vitamin supplements, so as not to interfere with their absorption.
Do not ingest during pregnancy or lactation.
In individuals under pharmacological treatment for diabetes or hyperlipidemia, it is advisable to listen to the doctor's opinion to assess the need for a possible variation in drug dosages.
Do not use if there is individual hypersensitivity or allergy to one or more components.
