How to Take Imunoglukan P4H® capsules:

1 capsule per day for at least 2 to 3 months.

In stressful situations or in acute situations, the dose can be increased to 2-3 capsules a day for 3-7 days. The capsules should be swallowed at once, with the aid of an adequate amount of water, preferably at night before going to sleep or in the morning on an empty stomach. The contents of the capsule can be emptied onto a spoon, if necessary, and taken that way.
