FDC Omega-3 + Coenzyme Q10 30 Capsules, omega-3s are polyunsaturated fats that must be present in a healthy and balanced diet. They are essential fatty acids, obtained through the consumption of fatty fish (such as sardines, mackerel, mackerel, tuna, herring and salmon), fish oil, seeds (linseed and chia), oils (linseed oil) and some oleaginous fruits (nuts ).

Coenzyme Q10 is also known as ubiquinone or ubidecarenone, a molecule present in the mitochondrial membrane and, for this reason, organs with greater energy needs, such as the heart, have higher concentrations of coenzyme Q10. Its endogenous production tends to decrease with age, and can be obtained through the consumption of meat, fish rich in fatty acids, peanuts, walnuts, chestnuts, dark leafy vegetables, soy and derivatives.
