Take the opportunity to relax following the self-massage method used by our Vinotherapists: place one hand over the other on the sole of the foot, then rub your hands from front to back in small movements. Adapt the self-massage to your needs, with energetic movements to stimulate (particularly good for cold feet) or gentle movements to soothe.
