The Natural Cereal Bars with Konjac Allpura are healthy alternatives as food between main meals or as a dessert. Its composition contains 1g of glucomannan (Konjac) making it an excellent choice for diets, for weight control or simply as a healthy snack. Glucomannan (Konjac), as part of a low-energy diet, contributes to weight loss. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily dose of 3 g of glucomannan (konjac) in three doses of 1 g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and as part of a low-energy diet.
The Allpura® Chocolate Meal Replacement Bar for weight control, due to its characteristics, is a practical and healthy alternative as a meal replacement. Contains proteins that contribute to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass.
