The Natural Cereal Bar with Konjac Caramel Allpura® is a practical and healthy alternative as a food between main meals or as a dessert.
Its composition contains 1g of glucomannan (konjac) making it an excellent choice for diets, for weight control or simply as a healthy snack.
Glucomannan (Konjac), as part of a low-energy diet, contributes to weight loss. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily dose of 3 g of glucomannan (konjac) in three doses of 1 g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals.
