mode of use
Before sun exposure, apply a sufficient amount (2 mg/cm2, half a teaspoon) and reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming and towel drying. Reducing the recommended amount decreases the level of protection significantly.
Avoid prolonged sun exposure, even when applying sunscreen.
