Order deliveries
Hiper Farma delivers medicines (not subject to medical prescription) only to the Municipality of Porto and neighboring municipalities and the remaining products available on our website (childcare articles, supplements, milk, among others) in all municipalities of Portugal . The home delivery fee depends on the delivery area and the value of the order.
Shipments are made by CTT, Kargo, WePickup or GLS, so depending on the address you selected for delivery, shipping costs and delivery times vary as follows:
Continental Portugal : delivery: 24/48 business hours*
Madeira : delivery: 5 to 10 working days (By sea)*
Azores : delivery: 7 to 15 working days (by sea)*
*The shipping standards are indicative, irregularities unrelated to our carrier may compromise delivery times.
Orders weighing more than 30kg have an extra cost of €5.
In-Store Pickup
Picking up at our physical store is free but I required online payment. After paying for your order, you must wait for the order confirmation email to be able to pick it up at the store.
In-store pickup is available within 48 working hours after payment and between 8:30 am and 7:00 pm from Monday to Friday and from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm on Saturdays.

After filling in the order details, you will be directed to the payment page.
On the payment page you will be given the entity, reference and amount of your order.
