After receiving your order, you have a period of 14 days to exchange or return it .

To make your exchange send an email to s uporte@hiperfarma.pt and communicate the intention to exchange or refund, indicating the order number, invoice number or sales number, products to be returned and reason.

After this contact, you will be given the instructions to proceed with the exchange or return. We appreciate that you inform us in advance of your intention to return, so that we can help you in this process .

Any return/exchange of items must comply with the following conditions:

  1. Return of items in good condition (in conditions of sale), with original packaging inviolate, without having been tried on and accompanied by the respective invoice. If the packaging is damaged and the items show obvious signs of use, we will not be able to accept exchanges or refunds.

If you choose to exchange the product, we inform you that:

  • Shipping costs to our address are the responsibility of the customer, except for customers damaged by transport or problems with the quality of the product/medicine. In these cases, shipping costs will be covered by Hiper Farma
  • The exchange will only be made after checking the condition of the product and compliance with the conditions described above.

If you choose to refund the amount, we inform you that:

  • Shipping costs to our address are the responsibility of the customer, except for customers damaged by transport or product/medication quality problems. In these cases, shipping costs will be covered by Hiper Farma.
  • Refunds will be made for the total amount of the order (products plus shipping costs), unless the reason for the return is not the responsibility of our service - in these cases, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Returns will only be made after checking the condition of the product and compliance with the conditions described above.

What to do if I receive damaged packaging or items?

In the event that the shipping package is damaged, you must check its contents at the time of delivery and immediately submit a claim to the carrier, sending an email to suporte@hiperfarma.pt

If you have received a package in good condition, but the items are still damaged, you should also contact us.

After contacting our Customer Support ( phone call, email or via Whatsapp ) and having been given the return/exchange instructions, you must send us the item properly packaged to our address.

What happens if the Hiperfarma store cancels my order?

Let's hope that never happens! But if we cancel your order due to out of stock or another logistical failure, we will contact you to refund the amount paid by bank transfer or mbway . This return may take a maximum of 14 working days, but we will always try to be as brief as possible.
