Valerian Arkocapsules is a food supplement based on Valerian that contributes to relaxation in case of temporary stress and helps to maintain the quality of sleep.
Characteristics:
- Through their experience in the field of phytotherapy, Arkopharma laboratories have gathered 100% of the active principles of Valerian, which act synergistically, respecting your body as much as possible.
- Ingredients: 350 mg/capsule cryoground whole powder of Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.). Capsule shell of vegetable origin: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
Advice for use:
Relaxation: 3 capsules a day, to be taken during meals, with a large glass of water. Sleep: 4 capsules a day. 2 capsules before dinner and 2 capsules before bedtime, with a large glass of water. Not recommended in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake and keep out of reach of children.
