How to use
Place Thermacare Thermal Bandage, with the darker side facing the skin, on the affected area, adjusting the bandage and closing it in front. For best results, leave on for 8 hours. It may take about 30 minutes for the strip to reach the desired temperature. WARNINGS: do not open the sachet if you are not going to use it right away. If you are over 55 years old, do not use directly on the skin, wear it over a garment.
