Detailed Description
- For the treatment and prevention of symptoms of allergic rhinitis (eg pollen allergy) and to facilitate the regeneration of sensitive nasal mucosa. Typical symptoms such as sneezing, itching, runny nose and nasal congestion can be reduced effectively.
- Contains ectoine, a natural cell protection molecule with membrane stabilizing and inflammation reducing properties, which acts through a physical mechanism. Ectoine forms, with water, a hydroprotective complex that protects against the harmful effects of allergens and against dehydration of the nasal mucosa. Helps regenerate sensitive nasal mucosa.
Considerations
- Contains no preservatives.
- Very well tolerated so it can be used in children, babies and newborns.
- It should not be used after nasal surgeries, in nose injuries and in case of allergy (hypersensitivity) to ectoine or any of the components of the formulation.
- For hygienic reasons each bottle of nasal spray should only be used by one person.
- Rezitop should be used within 6 weeks of first opening the bottle.
- Before using Rezitop for the first time, remove the cap and press the device 2-3 times to release the air from the pump. Do not cut the end of the applicator. If the nebulization is not uniform (which can happen if the device is not positioned vertically), press the pump several times in the vertical position.
mode of use
- 1 to 2 applications in each nostril several times a day are recommended. Children aged 10 years and under must be assisted by an adult when using Rezitop.
- Gently blow your nose to clear your nostrils.
- Remove the protective cap from the vial.
- Hold the bottle with your thumb on the bottom edge and your index and middle finger on either side of the applicator. Tilt your head slightly forward and cover one nostril with your other hand.
- Inhale slowly through the other nostril.
- Insert the end of the applicator into the nostril and press the pump quickly and firmly. Continue breathing slowly through the nostril.
- Insert the end of the applicator into the other nostril.
- Repeat the steps described above.
- Wipe the tip of the applicator with a clean, lint-free cloth.
- Put the protective cap back on the vial.
