Aquilea Relax 30 Tablets contains an association of plants: Valerian, Passiflora and White Hawthorn specially developed to help you relax, promoting rest and sleep.
It contains a high concentration of Valerian (500mg) which, combined with Passionflower and White Hawthorn, helps to relax with just one tablet a day. Aquilea Relax also favors relaxation in periods of temporary stress.
How to Use
As a relaxant: take 1 tablet a day when needed.
To facilitate restful sleep: take 1 tablet 1 to 2 hours before going to bed.
The tablets should be swallowed whole and with plenty of water.
