One capsule of Vitol contains the daily amounts of vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, copper and vitamin D necessary to produce these beneficial effects.

Fish oil (minimum content of omega-3 fatty acids: 20% EPA and 50% DHA) 34.31%; glazing agent: gelatin, glycerin; lutein (minimum 20% lutein) 5.88%; Polygonum cuspidatum extract (with 50% resveratrol) (root) 5.88%; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) 3.92%; vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol) 3.23%; zinc oxide 1.83%; 0.15% cupric sulfate; zeaxanthin (minimum 20% zeaxanthin) 0.06%; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) <0.01%.

Vitol How to take:

The recommended daily intake is 1 capsule a day after one of the main meals.
